How much does catering cost per person?
Our packages are priced per person (PP) and vary by menu and service style. Most weddings range from $50 to $75 PP. Minimum: 50 guests or $2,500.
Do you need a kitchen at the venue?
No. We bring everything we need: our own grills, equipment, and team - no kitchen and no electricity required. We cook on site over live fire and leave the venue spotless.
Do you offer tastings before the wedding?
Yes - whenever our calendar allows, we're happy to arrange a tasting. Just ask!
How far in advance should we book?
Some dates book up just a month out, but we recommend reserving at least 6 months ahead to guarantee availability. Larger events need more lead time.
Do you cater both outdoor and indoor weddings?
Yes, both. Our Asado Authority Steakhouse experience brings the live-fire grill to outdoor venues, and Asado Authority Gourmet is our oven-based service for ballrooms, corporate events, and venues where a grill isn't an option.
Do you provide table service for our guests?
Yes - professional waitstaff to serve and attend to your guests is part of our service.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests?
Our catering service minimum is 50 guests or $2,500. For smaller, more intimate gatherings, ask about our Private Chef Service.
Do you handle cleanup and breakdown after the event?
Yes. We set up and break down everything related to our service - at the end of the night, the site is clean and tidy.
Can you coordinate directly with our wedding planner or venue?
Absolutely. Share your planner's contact information and we'll coordinate with them directly.
Can we customize the menu to our taste and budget?
Yes - every menu is tailored to you. No problem at all.
Does the menu include appetizers, desserts, and drinks?
Menus include appetizers and the main course. For desserts and beverages, we coordinate with trusted partner companies.
Do you use fresh produce and premium meats?
Always. We also take special requests - Wagyu, lamb, and live asado exhibitions.
Can you prepare a full Argentine asado menu?
That's our specialty. We build the menu together with you, exactly how you want it.
Can we make changes after the tasting?
Yes - changes are welcome up to two weeks before the event.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes - we meet all local and Florida state requirements. Certificate of Insurance (COI) available upon request.
What happens if it rains or the venue changes last minute?
It's Florida - it rains! If rain is coming, we bring a tent. No problem.
Do you have a backup plan for outdoor events?
Yes: we switch to our Asado Authority Gourmet service - oven-based, no grill needed.
Does the service include alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages?
Bar and beverage service can be arranged through us or through any company you prefer.
Can we bring our own drinks or wine?
Of course - BYOB is welcome.
Do you offer bartenders or cocktail service?
Yes, bartender service is part of what we offer.
Can you prepare custom drinks for the wedding?
Yes - we love creating signature cocktails for our couples.
Do you require a deposit to reserve the date?
Popular dates go fast, and the first deposit secures the date. The deposit is typically $500 - from that moment, we're fully focused on your event.
Are there any additional costs?
Our pricing is fully transparent - no hidden fees.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, and we keep it simple: deposit first, then monthly payments - or whatever schedule works best for you.
What if our guest count changes before the event?
We adjust. No problem.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the unlikely case of a cancellation, we reschedule your event or hold your payment as credit for a future date. Because we stop taking bookings for your reserved date, payments are non-refundable.
How many team members will be at our event?
A standard event runs with 2 chefs and 3 assistants. Waitstaff and bartenders can be added.
How early do you arrive to set up?
About 2 hours before the event.
What areas do you serve?
Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach with no delivery fee.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, lactose-free, and nut-free options are available on every menu. Two weeks before your event we confirm final counts for allergies, vegan guests, or anyone who prefers fish.
